Disgorged 12.21.2017. 95 Pinot Meunier, 5 Pinot Noir. Very mineral and vinous. Tart red fruits: tasty red cherry, unripe strawberry, raspberry, also chalk, a little birch and dried herbs. Big structure with a fruit-driven richness. Excellent way to bid farewell to 2018!

This gets extra points for its low price. If you have yet to buy or drink this, stop waiting and buy now. The same can be said for any of Cedric's wines, but there's not a wine drinker alive that couldn't like this. Bone dry, but balanced by a richness of mineral fruit that only Cedric call pull from Meunier. An eye opening, triumphant wine.

Jan 7th, 2018NV. Good concentration with flavors of green apple (especially the skin), Rainier cherry, lots of white rocks, lemon pith, white raspberry. Definitely more on the lean and austere side, but incredibly concentrated in that capacity. Happy New Year!
