Last of the mags, again over two nights, Christmas & St Stephen’s days. Held up much better than the prior bottle. Old claret style at this point. Smooth and silky. Not much sediment.

В основе аромата переспелая клубника, ей аккомпанирует малина, черника. Корень солодки, замша, клубничное варенье. Приятный, чуть пыльный нос. Тело выше среднего, много танинов, аккуратно сглаженных, ягодный бархатистый вкус, замша, очень гармонично. Красиво созревшее, располагающее вино, без подтекстов и двойного дна. 17/20

This bottle of 1994 held up very well. Some mature BDX-type flavors and, while the primary fruit was totally gone, there was enough else going on to make it a very interesting and tasty bottle.
