1. Why would you ever change the original label?
2. Why doesn't Mount Veeder Winery have a Mt. Veeder AVA?
Otherwise, a nice middle of the road Napa Cabernet.

Really enjoyed this- needed a gentle decant, due to quite a bit of sediment, but I was rewarded with dusty leather, sautéed mushrooms, rich earthiness, and a touch of bramble. As it opened, I got a bit more ripe plum, dried dark cherry and some cedar. The low alcohol (13.3%) and noticeable acid made this well integrated wine, a great food wine. I had it with sautéed shallots, green beans, and a filet in brandy peppercorn cream sauce. Very enjoyable!
