Mt. Veeder Cabernet Franc

Akin to a soft warm blanket straight out of the dryer, also fuzzies being made with @chandnipatel!

Bright and juicy with really good acidity. Just what you'd expect from Cab Franc. And that extra backbone from mountainside vineyards.

Awesome Cab Franc! On the nose, green bell pepper, violet, very herbaceous, with some cherry. On the palate, medium plus tannins, lavender, blackberry, green bell pepper, and loose tobacco leaves. This wine will age very well and will become much more lovely. I would enjoy this with a steak for sure! #cabernetfranc #winelife #napavalley

Big tannins and a little out of balance. Varietally correct and full bodied. I think the price is wrong on this app.

Could have let this age for a little bit longer. Still delish.

Wine club wine from the Franciscan Winery Mt. Veeder label. Full-bodied flavors of plum and berries, slight oak-y. Overall a solid wine great to take along to a premium steakhouse
