Mount Trio are located in the Porongurup sub-region of the Great Southern WA wine region. I cracked this bottle to sip on while making Christmas cookies recently.

Straw with a slight green tinge on the eye.
Fresh limes, grass and green apples dominate the nose for me. While on the palate it's rather savoury with green capsicum, asparagus and palate cleansing citrus flavours to finish.
