A quick whiff of this and you'll have hair growing on places you didn't know you had. However, on first taste the caramel and almond notes come singing through with gusto.

Since 1978 Mount Palomar has produced handcrafted sherry wines in our outdoor aging solera. This is a forgotten winemaking method in California that harkens back to an earlier era. Our winery is one of a very few wineries who still use this traditional method of making sherry in the sun.
Many people enjoy this Sherry as a simple aperitif or with shortbread cookies or roasted almonds, but it is also a good match for Baklava and similar desserts.
