Slight effervescence, with bold flavors of clementines, pineapple, slight Meyer lemon, lingering minerality, and a slight soda-y flavor with unripe strawberries on the finish. The nose is bold, mineral driven, with notes of white tea, kombucha, and linen or grandma’s closet? It’s tough to pin down but not bad, and settles into more typically citrus driven flavors when not disturbed. Very complex, well structured, but highly drinkable!
