Tried it again. Basic no frills label and screw top closure. Ruby and rusty red color. Smells floral and like ripe cherry-plum fruit salads. Flavors are chewy and tart. Plenty of black cherry juice and some smoke with the fall spice rack. Juicy. Fresh. This is a nice example of what they are doing with Monastrell in Spain these days. This is a vino muy buen hecho.

Screw-top yeah! Nice color. Ruby. Smells great. Berries and earth. Rocks and blood oranges. Juicy and funky in the mouth. Chewy. Not fruit driven. More strange. Fairly smooth though. A nice version of Monastrell.
