It's a 2006 Priorat blend of 60% Carignan, 30% Grenache, & 10% Shiraz~ so I'm giving it a full decant to calm her down. As it breathes and comes into its own it weaves itself onto the palate with expressions of raspberries, hints of cocoa and maybe a little mint to boot. Good, complex stuff that pairs beautifully with a juicy cheeseburger.
