From magnum. 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir with lees. Sees barrel and steel with lees playing a big part along the way. So unique. Introspective. Faint blush in the glass but all about the texture. Salty and chalky. Long finish that is very faintly oxidative. These Morgen Long wines are really saying something.

Wow. Another banger! Lovely reductions and lemon expression.

Very light lemon yellow in the glass. Aroma of lemon pith, struck match and bread. Tart lemon, white peach, and salinity with lots of acidity. The wine is very young and tightly wound but finishes long, dry, and showing a bit of bitter stem. This chard is very much in the style of grand cru Chablis and should drink well for years. Seth makes 8 different chards and no pinots... an artist worth watching in Oregon.
