My first ever authentic Sicilian Nero. Very impressed lots of dark fruit and spice and some silky tannin. Cheap Australian variants of this grape gave me the impression it was fruity and light. I have been schooled I will look for more of this, very impressed

Really robust Nero d'avola. Not as light and juicy as expected. Big dark fruit. Medium tannins. Very unexpected.
