Not a huge fan of oaky, California Chardonnays, but this one was actually quite pleasant. Yes, oak was clearly present, but not as much as in some other examples. Nice golden yellow color, full mouth-feel.

Pre-Xmas Dinner wine! My white wine game is still mediocre at best, but I really like this! Wonderful balance, with nice hints of pear. Exceptionally smooth with a long finish. Excellent!!
