Excellent cab franc blend, done in a typical, bold Bevan style. Rich, intense nose of mocha and cedar, gives way to a flashy body of dense overripe cherries. Bright acidity layers nicely with what are still very bold tannins. If you like CF blends, take a look at this gem.

Went to our fave restaurant tonight and enjoyed this opulent gem. As with all Morgado wines, there is nothing subtle about them. It’s a power-play, with a brash personality. Nose is dominated with raspberries and new oak. Palate oozes cherry liqueur and coffee grinds. Lovely velvet texture on the mid-palate. Finishes with treacle, earth and hints of licorice. So much fun to try this.
