Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This was the 2010. Perfect balance, and with the steak I had tonight, could not have complemented it better.

Nice wine at reasonable price

Oaky with a lingering vanilla finish. Excellent with spicy sausage and red sauce

First night was thin and one dimensional. Kept overnight in fridge. Brought back to serving temperature. Enjoyed it much more the second day.

This went great with a porterhouse and baked potato.

Thin and refreshing. Not smoky or peppery.

Started out closed but opened up to be really nice, with good balance between fruit, oak and tannin
