Fire pit wine: befits my smoke infused clothes. Bouquet-garni, soft palate of black cherries, 13.5% holds it all together. Quite delicious & only intensifies with air.

Very good quality wine with a good balance between ripe fruit and fresh acidity, and a stony minerality. soft and approachable, yet present tannins frames the fruit nicely. Good concentration, moderate complexity and a solid lenght.

Aptly named “Garrigues”. Thyme, lavender. Silky and savory red fruit with powdery tannin.
Ripe, 14.5% alc.

Licorice, garrigue, big brambly fruity aromas and smooth tannins. Not a ton of structure but super enjoyable. Not showing quite as well as last time.

No note but this was just crazy concentrated, aromatic, energetic, drinking perfect now. As good as many a CDP.

Well well a word class wine, soon 10 years and so lively and fresh - one of my favorite producer for sure and undoubtedly one of the best in Rhone 😋👍
