Wow! This 2001 is right in the sweet spot. Developed aromas of dried cherries, leather, tobacco, star anise, and rosemary. Still dense and vibrant but tannins are polished soft and woven seamlessly into the structure of the wine. Love what Corley does, try their chard too!
