First opened is very plummy with some plastic taste but as it opens up becomes more tannic and developed flavor. Drank with cheesecake for dessert and it completely changed to much more pepper but not good with sweets. Allow to breath for about 30 minutes

Creamy, somewhat buttery, fruit-forward Chard that paired well with a spicy stuffed salmon roast.
