Reserva Colchagua Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Syrah Blend

While it doesn't excite this is a serviceable, new world Chilean.

Medium body, fragrant, earthy, spice, chocolate, dry, lingering finish.

Good enough

Less fruity then the Agostón - very balanced - best for value.

After letting this one breathe, it's a rather nice drinker. Not as complex as other years, but nicely paired with some elk steak.

Good red. Easy to drink. Good with cheeses

Tastes better with meat, not a pasta wine

A bit on the dryer side, but very yummy with our steak dinner tonight :0)

Mild fruit semi dry. Soft tannins on the finish. Great blend. Buy again.

Ate with Babs pulled pork tacos.
