Well, i’m a sucker for Cabernet franc so of course this one peaks my interest and doesn’t disappoint. Great Bordeaux blend with similar tasting profiles: cigar box, cherry, cassis are the most prominent. I like that Verruzzo means ‘small wild boar’ due to the wildlife that roams the land around the vineyards. I bet this would pair well with some boar.
