2016 opened June 2018. Wisp of pears on the nose. Not much happening on the front except a neutral soft tastelessness that reminds me of bottled Fiji water. Sharp minerality on the back of the palate, though. Save this wine for a really hot day, and serve it super cold, and it will be refreshing, but not much else.
