Palate : elegant stone fruits. Sweet minerals.

Intense Vermentino smoke passes after a couple of minutes.
Nose is deep. Interesting. Dense dried peach. Not over the top. Still has some vermentino smoke but pleasant and integrated.
Palate is stone fruits. Very fresh. Peach. Apricot. Very fresh. This is quite good. Sort of st peray. As it opens more perfect peach but not ina sweet way more in a what is a peach about way. About peachiness and acidic balance. Incredibly delicious with very elegant richness. The vermentino prevents the viognier from getting out of control. A brilliant blend.
