Pale ruby; medium intensity aromas of red apple skin, tart red cherry, raspberry sherbet, cranberry, red currant, very subtle vanilla; dry, high acid, medium minus tannins, low alcohol, medium minus body, medium intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium finish, quite astringent, textbook example

A bold nose of tart cherry, a pale red color, and a bold lingering palate. Flavors are very fruit forward, tart, but also surprisingly dry, with medium tannins, and a crisp acidity that sits on the sides of your tongue, and leaves a dry, slightly mineral finish that lingers. Very good, paired with roasted pork loin.
