Tasted in 2014: fantastic aromas of cocoa, cherries, vanilla, and granitic soils. Decants beautifully to reveal rich, concentrated flavors without overpowering the senses or getting too fleshy.

This was disappointingly nondescript the first day. Put it in the fridge, forgot about it and took it back out to weeks later, room temperature-ized it – pretty damn good
