2019 vintage….pre Covid if anyone is counting.
Vineyards are 60 plus years old.
40 % Garganega, 20 % Trebbiano Toscana, 15% Incrocio Manzoni, 10 % Chardonnay, 10 % Cortese, 5 % Tocai Friulano, Riesling Italico, and Malvasia.
If there were any more varietals involved, we would need a bigger label.
Rich, honeyed floral wine with quince, ripe pear, yellow apple and honeysuckle. Medium acidity and a great finish.
