Piedmont blend of Barbera (60%), Castagnole Monferrato (30%) and Grignolino (10%). Lovely nose of cherry, licorice, and blackberry. Lots of almost sweet cherry fruit and baking spices on the pallet. Silky tannins and light to medium body. Alcohol only 13.5%. Easy drinker!Probably best with lighter fare and appetizers.
