2nd bottle in last two weeks. My Canary infatuation started here, at a recent tasting conducted by a Bowler rep; volcanic energy, red currants, has some length. High toned but breaths into more of a medium body- all punching in at 16$. I half dont want the word out, as these will morph the ways of cru beaujo & Etna wines.

Great Canary Islands wine, bought it at Dry Dock and drank in the Catskills with Pat and Katie. Drank with steak.

Flavors of freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, violets, cherries, and red fruit. Very spicy, earthy, and flinty. A young, vibrant wine with balanced medium acid, tannin, alcohol, and body. Beautiful ruby color. Very distinctly heavy on savory and earthy aroma/taste rather than fruit. Enjoyable, but not an everyday drinker for me.
