Nice lemony nose & palate with a hint of cheesy lees. Slightly bitter on finish.

Fresh white peach, pineapple core, sweet lime, lemongrass, and cheese, lots of green herbs flying around as well. Crisp but very leesy creaminess--seems to be a faint trace of TCA though

Starting off with freshness and mouthwatering tropical fruit, followed by a velvety body. Some hints of raisins and butter. Great companion for rich seafood dishes.
