I disagree with those who did not give this wine a high rating. I think it is as stunning as it is powerful. Blackberry jam, mocha, vanilla, espresso, dark cherries, and cedar. A deep purple color, a gorgeous bouquet and a fabulous, lingering finish. A magnificent Shiraz.

I wasn't as impressed with the 2010 as I was with earlier vintages. The wine initially showed it age and opened up to be quite pleasant, but it just didn't have that wow factor I remember from years past.
