Had a full tasting at the winery yesterday in McLaren Vale. Of the many styles available, this, to me, was the best value. This is full bodied with blue berry fruits and soft silky tannins. Easy to like but more a winter than a summer wine for me. 17.5+.

Just tasted this blind in Somm class. I really enjoyed it and was somewhat surprised by that fact. Not as much of a fruit bomb as I would have expected. Selling Cali wines all day has jaded this East Coast kid.
