Interesting take on providing a more rounded sparkling wine. Plenty to like fruit wise but lacking a touch of acid to cleanse the palate.

May 5th, 2016Sparkling Verdehlo, second bottling, Quite interesting. Notes of candied pineapple and candied lemon deliver in both nose and palate with a slightly crisper and drier delivery. Certainly a white floral element coming right through later in the piece with some vanilla and sweet stonefruit. Nose leads you to believe it'll be a touch sweeter than the palate delivers. Touch of residual to go along.

A little pre gaming while recapping Girls. I've been dying to open this bottle of bubbly from one of my favorite wineries. Hints of lemon, pineapple and cream. I'm in love.
