I heard abput this wine when i saw the owners of the vineyard receive an award for their wines on a show. I knew i had to find a d taste it. I managed to find a 2005 available from someone selling it out of their collection.
Onto the wine, our party of 4 agreed it was worth the hype. Being appreciators of Cali's big bold reds this was right in line with big black cherry, licorice, and blackberry jam. Soft tannins round out the wine with light tobacco and cedar notes.
