First tasted at a dinner. Really enjoyed this. The glass gets better after sitting. Some honey and buttery notes, with citrus peel and a splash of green apple. Fun bottle to start dinner.

Yeasty, green apple. Secondary fermentation, more complexity. Wish it was a bit more bubbly. 10% allegote. Good for an inexpensive champagne. Leesy character. Biscuity. Fresh. $30/bottle at BCL.
