I really can't appreciate this as much as I wish I could. Fullness of body and roundness I don't commonly find in champagne, still a surprising amount of bubbly. Aged green apple and and stone fruit flavors.

Drink now. Good 96 acidity but fruit is becoming very secondary. Still good but drink up.
