Wine dinner 6/10/17. Nice floral and mineral earthy yeasty notes with good balance on palete and balanced finish. Well surprise! Gassed with argon and re corked for two days in wine fridge. Distinct pop when uncorked though no fizz left after pouring but tasted fine! Distinctive champagne profile of stones and mature floral notes with acidity and medium finish. Certainly a good base wine!
