Not a huge fan of Rose Champagnes but this one drank exceptionally well

Strawberries, cranberries and almonds with a hit of potpourri...a little yeast, almost weightless and clean but with a medium/long finish. Devilishly drinkable

Stylistically lean and subtle. Bright but soft acidity with strawberry, raspberry, and green herbal notes. A little too reductive to be my Champagne preference, but pretty, nonetheless.
