In our minds, this is Jason Moore’s best white by a long mile. Lovely passion fruit presentation on the nose and palate. No secondary market so connect directly with Modus Operandi.

Huge grapefruit and passionfruit explosion on the nose and palate. Just like a great stage show, the play is beautifully cast. Tension and zippy acidity blend with freshly picked exotic fruits. We are so impressed with this SB example. Direct from Modus - give it a whirl.

As the race for New World SB get’s more fierce this is a can’t miss. Hit all the elements. Nice cross between grapefruit and lime, strikes me a tangerine. From start to finish a great SB.

Apple, lemon, orange, grapefruit and dried apricot. Racy acidity and bold minerality.
