Enjoyed this 2018 vintage at Mission Hills in the summer of 2020 paired with a pork tenderloin bite, breaded and fried. Brought out the flavor of the pork and accentuated the oak, vanilla, light butter notes of this Chardonnay. Not as heavily buttered in flavour compared to a Bread and Butter Chardonnay from California. Looking forward to enjoying this bottle to bring back memories of our trip. $60 C
