Prosecco is an excellent every day, usually very affordable bubbly that most everyone can enjoy. Great on its own as a Mimosa or mixed with Campari (thanks @CraigCamp)! Simple apple, honey and z shot of zesty lemon. Pleasing off dry finish and loads of fat bubbles.
