French oak, creamy egg whites, heavy on the alcohol—held up after pre dinner cocktails. Paired so lovely with seafood pasta and seared scallops.

A surprisingly different chardonnay I found on my road trip to northern California, a kind of off the beaten path hidden gem. Good nose, reminds you of sweet melon. One of those wine you prefer to keep sniffing than sipping. Taste is surprisingly quite mouthful, unlike it's refreshing nose, with long chardonnay finish and some hints of oak. This wine stands better on its own, very independent.
