Milan Nestarec Youngster Pinot Grigio 2017. Such an interesting wine! A lot of lime (as the label might convey), orange, roundness but still light bodied. A lot of acidity and minerality. Tastes like limestone and key west via a czech’s interpretation.

Feb 18th, 2018This was the pinot gris/neuburger blend with the fella with the mustache on it. Tastes like carbonic, and I supposed, given its ‘nouveau’ status, it might be?? I don’t know for sure, but it is delicious. Crisp n clean n like a classic mojito it’s full of lime and mint, someone crushed rosemary in the salt rim and you can lick it off if you wanna. Drink alone, at a barstool, trying to read by candle light, or drink wherever the bleep you want, with whomever. If you get a bottle you could probably finish it solo, as it feels and is v low alc.
