Touch of prickle from residual CO2 on palate, big lift offset by noticeable residual sugar, white pepper and jalapeño spice on finish. #garnacha #moscatel #gewurztraminer . A bit more RS than I prefer but still enjoyable paired with Punjabi leftovers.
