Feb 11th, 2023Pale-ruby color. Blackberry, plum, chokeberry, spices (primary black pepper) on the nose. Medium - acidity, medium tannins - very silky, alcohol m+ (you can feel how wine heats your throat), medium spicy aftertaste. Pairing for meat starters, salted meat, light salads.
The alcohol level is really too high, you can smell it on the nose as well, fruit aromas "stayed on the second plan"!
