Tried another bottle over a year later in a blind tasting with other Cabs. Dark Ruby with ripe aromas of black/red fruits and tangy spice. The palate displays blackberries and black cherries with sweet spice. The finish yields some mineral and cacao notes on structured soft tannins, very smooth. Good price for a wine with complexity.

Dec 6th, 2016I like it but it was lacking structure for me! Very smooth blackberry, plum and vanilla! Finishes mid taste, which makes it okay for sipping, but not assertive enough to pair with grilled meat or vegetables! Only giving it a 7.9 because it lacked the expression and muscle I look for in Cabernet Sauvignon!
