Smooth, sweet and full, the light tannins seem to be in the whole body, not just gripping the surface. The finish speaks of sweet black cherries and oak, with vanilla and baking spice notes. Undiminished acid and a rich finish are perfect for fatty, meaty food. A really well put together and well balanced wine!
