Wow, we really needed some Happy food tonight Carbonara and the wine to match. Killer brilliant and crisp bit so balanced and layered. Wow this is something to aim for YUM!

Arnaud Tessier nailed it in 2017. What a beautiful Charmes Dessus. This will be really fantastic in a few years but it is already top now.
