Vintage 2017 / @delectable This is Pouilly sur Loire AOC from Michel Redde et Fils. 100% chasselas. 20 years old vines. 25 HL/ha Vinified and matured in woorden barrels, 12 months on fine lees. From red cretaceous flint. Needs hours aeration to unlock some of its qualities. Awesome balance and great refinement. What an effort! / Paired with Cantal cheese.
