The cure to what ales ya. Nose is gorgeous. Ebullient cherries, some spicey wood, loads of minerals and wet earth. Candied and confectionery. Outrageous. Love how 17’s are right now. Nervy, edgy, complex, lean and just so classic. 17 is like 14 for reds. Juicy fruit and velvety tannins and just bursting with fruit. Long and wide open. A wonderful village Pommard.

Nose is tight out of the gates. Some cherry cola, dustiness. Pulverized rock dust. Really quiet at the moment but I have faith. 18’s are built like brick houses. More aromas coming but all mineral. Fruit is buried here. Palate is super closed. Wow. This will need mega air. Like mega air. Huge grippy tannins and terrific fruit on the long finish. Easily a 1er Cru length finish. But this needs mega air. My score will rise. As this air the fruit expands on the palate. Massive power, depth and concentration. Exceptional length. Nose picks up a hint of licorice. 9.2 to 9.3 after 20 minutes.

This is brilliant. Huge expressive nose. So clean and full of mid season cherries, spice, flowers, mineral, licorice, high end bubble gum. So dope. Palate has stunning sweetness and purity. Oh man what a sphere. Stunning ripe tannins. Beautiful purity and so delicate. What a Pommard. Showing stupid elegance. True wow. Terrific inner mouth aromas. Ripe and juicy tannins and such complexity. A lot of material. Awesome.

Blind I would not have guessed pommard. Much more on the elegant side. This really needed 60-90 minutes for the palate to come around. Then it was brilliant.

Nose was intensely floral and perfumed off the bat. Beautiful.

Palate was so silky and refined.

A crazy value for village pommard. Even with tariffs.
