This is second time for same vintage. But decanting time is different. 2 hours makes it completely different, tannic taste disappeared and it showed crude flavor. Just 2015 vintage in 2022 has such flavor, that’s quite special. It has good potential. Michel Gaunoux Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2015 @1100, wine plus -, 220423-220427
