Pale gold with pear and floral notes; acidic with a medium body and crisp finish. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Clairette and Syrah. I wasn't a fan of having a glass of this wine on it's own but it paired wonderfully pan seared cod topped with mango salsa.
