So much sherry character. Incredibly dry, salty, and really evolved over the course of the night. Not as herbal or savory as the Ganevat I tried but a fascinating wine nonetheless.

Definitely my least favorite vin jaune experience ever. If blind, I'd have thought this was a more typical Jura chard/savignin blend. Not much of the usual oxidative/sherry character and I was looking for it.

More approachable than some other vin jaune I've had probably because of the lighter mouthfeel.

Pleasant enough, but a little tired for a Vin Jaune at this age. More oxidized than oxidative. Drink now.
